NALOSH is a Nano-bios Co., Ltd. jointly established by Taiwan DAZZEON Technology Co., Ltd. and Henan JUFEEL Technology Group Co., Ltd. In August 2018, Taiwan DAZZEON Technology Co., Ltd. and Henan JUFEEL Technology Group Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony for the joint factory construction on “key nano refinement technology” in Kaifeng, Henan. The project is located in the Jiufulai PMAS bio-industrial park in Kaifeng New District. The project is planned to be carried out in three phases with a total investment of RMB1 billion. It is expected to reach an annual profit and tax breakthrough of RMB200 million after the project is put into production.
In September 2018, the first shareholders' meeting of Henan NALOSH Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was successfully held in Yabao Oriental International Plaza, Zhengzhou, Henan. Zhang Rongxuan, chairman of the company, Chen Hongdong, chief technology officer of the company, and 200 shareholders from all over the country and more than 100 elites from all walks of life who are concerned about key nano-refinement technology attended the shareholders' meeting.
