November 1, 2018 is the 31st World AIDS Day. The theme of this year's publicity campaign is "Active Detection, Knowing and Preventing AIDS, Sharing Health", advocating awareness promotion of detection of AIDS infection status, and then taking treatment and preventive measures to help control AIDS, sharing a healthy life and contributing to the constructing of Health in China.

　　In order to promote the concept of Health in China and call on the whole society to pay attention to the prevention and treatment of AIDS, the "action to 'zero AIDS' race" -- the 2018 world AIDS day themed public welfare race, sponsored by the China Red Ribbon Fund and the United Nations AIDS program (UNAIDS), is launched in Beijing.

　　Vice-chairman of the tenth and eleventh CPPCC National Committee, Honorary President of the Chinese Red Ribbon Fund, Huang Mengfu, director of the State Council AIDS Working Committee Office, deputy director of the National Sanitation and Health Committee Wang Hesheng, vice President of the National Federation of Industry and Commerce Xie Jingrong, former vice chairman of the National Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Chinese Red Ribbon Fund director Zhang Yuanlong, former secretary-general of Party Member of National Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Chinese Red Ribbon Fund GuYanfen, deputy executive director of UNAIDS representative in China Sang Ailing, UNICEF representative in China Hua Nan and National Health Committee, the ministry of education, the Chinese people's association for friendship with foreign countries and leaders of other units and departments attend this event.

　　World-renowned AIDS expert, Professor zhang rongxuan, is invited to attend the event and interviewed by reporters. 　　It is learned that professor Zhang Rongxuan, "Father of Aloe Vera in China", "PMAS" international patent technology inventor, has won the "The World's Most Outstanding AIDS Prevention and Treatment Technology Invention Award"of United Nations World AIDS Organization, the 46th Geneva International Science and Technology Invention Expo Medical Health Category Gold Award.

　　PMAS is a biological preparation based on Acemannan extracted from aloe vera, which can rapidly enhance human immunity and thus inhibit the replication of HIV. Acemannan can rapidly produce anti-viral and anti-tumor cytoactive in vivo, so it can also be used as an alternative cancer inhibitor for chemotherapy. PMAS is the reverse growth factor firstly proposed and proved by the research team of Jufeel Natural Drug Research and Development Center of school of pharmacy and life sciences of Changzhou University, led by professor Zhang Rongxuan. It is also the result of aloe vera biologic preparation that can rapidly recover the defects of the immune system. 　　On September 3, 2018, at the 20th international Conference on STD-AIDS and Infectious Diseases held in Thailand, members of the organizing committee of the conference highly affirms the research results of professor Zhang Rongxuan and his team on the effect of aloe vera extract PMAS on the prevention and treatment of AIDS. The President of the conference, Mr. Rex Skettleton, presents professor Zhang Rongxuan with the certificate of academic honor jointly awarded by Oxford University, the university of Strasbourg in France and the university of California in the United States.

　　According to media reports, the new AIDS-assisted drug “PMAS” aloe polysaccharide oral liquid developed by Jufeel Biology and Tanzania PMAS Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is approved by the TFDA Drug and Food Administration of Tanzania for drug registration (Registration No.: TEN16FF0276). This is the first batch of auxiliary drug registration certificate in the East African Community where AIDS is concentrated.

　　On February 9, 2017, in dar es salaam, Tanzania, the signing ceremony of PMAS aloe vera biologic preparation donated by Jufeel Biology to the National Institute of Medical Research (NIMR) of the ministry of health of Tanzania is held.
