On September 12, the author learns from Jufeel International Group (an international patent holder of aloe biologics “PMAS”) that the study on the effect of PMAS aloe film on the clinical symptoms of women with climacteric syndrome is conducted on August 30 in The General Hospital(301 Hospital) of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. The clinical project is conducted by the nutrition department of the hospital. The research period is expected to be one year. It is planned to recruit 50 human subjects. The project team members are full of confidence in the research results.

PMAS is a acronym of PURE MATERIALACEMANNAN SOURCE. The research team of JUFEEL Natural Medicine Research and Development Center led by Professor Zhang Rongxuan(master tutor of the School of Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences of Changzhou University) extracts the bioactive substance (acemannan of aloe polysaccharide) from aloe vera by a patented extraction technique of 10000/1.5 ratio. Acemannan (the substance in the core part of aloe polysaccharide small molecule)is more active compared with other molecular segments; this substance can directly promote the estrogen estradiol secreted by the human body without any side effects, so it is also called "natural aloe phytoestrogens", which Zhang Rongxuan named it PMAS.
