In the morning of Oct 18, 2012, invited by Kaifeng municipal party committee and municipal government, Zhang Rongxuan, executive director of Jiangsu chamber of commerce of Henan province and chairman of Jufeel bioengineering company, went to Kaifeng with over 1500 representatives of Jiangsu business and attended the 30th Chrysanthemum Culture Festival and project promotion and signing ceremony, as well as talkfest with a hundred businessmen from Jiangsu and Kaifeng (Henan province). The ceremony was held in conference center of Zhongzhou International Hotel and a total of 73 projects saw contract signing on the day with total investment of RMB 84.44bn. Among of them, there were 66 contract items with total investment of RMB 68.03bn and 7 cooperation agreements with total investment of RMB 16.4bn.
