On Sep 24, 2012, Santiago Rodriguez, chairman of the International Aloe Science Council (IASC), headed IASC delegation to visit Hainan Zhongchen Bioengineering Co., Ltd.. Mrs. Hu Juan, vice president of Jufeel group and president of Hainan Zhongchen Bioengineering Co., Ltd., had an interview with these distinguished guests personally and extended warm welcome to them all.

　　Mrs. Hu Juan sang high praise for chairman Rodriguez’s visit and his efforts to development of world aloe industry. She said, America has a long history in eating aloe. science popularization knows no borders, if we develop scientific value embedded in aloe and the industry well, aloe will bring a lot of benefits to us, not only a certain country, but the whole human race. Aloe industry will be a career for the benefit of mankind. Mrs. Hu Juan also hoped Jufeel group would further strengthen the communication and cooperation with IASC to jointly build beautiful future of world aloe industry.

　　Mrs. Hu Juan later introduced the general situation of the company's aloe industry development in person to Chairman Rodriguez. Aloe vera prevails in the company. In recent years, the company has made steady improvement in aloe material processing, level of production and technology and product quality and gradually expanded market share of aloe normal juice, concentrated solution, dried powder and freeze-dried powder which export to international market. Terminal product of aloe, such as cosmetics, health care products and food, has increasingly growing market demand. With the development of science and technology, aloe processing technology will be updated, product quality improved and variety and quantity increased too. In China, the effectiveness of aloe is under constant investigation by relevant scientific institutions and aloe products is being recognized by more and more consumers, which will provide a broad space for aloe industry development.

　　Chairman Santiago Rodriguez expressed his gratitude to Hainan Zhongchen Bioengineering Co., Ltd. for its warm reception. He said IASC attached great importance to cooperation with Chinese enterprises and why he came here with his co-workers was to further strengthen the communication and build a blueprint for international development of aloe industry. Rodriguez gave brief introduction to over 30-year-old development history of IASC and said IASC had eight committees including scientific committee, accreditation committee and so on, 175 members all over 41 countries in the world. These members mostly had stronger abilities in scientific research and delivered research results of a lot to IASC for information sharing with each member. Chairman Rodriguez also went to laboratory in person for field operation and listened to relevant staff’s introduction about aloe research and development. We believe aloe industry will have a bright future as we expect with continuously enhanced cooperation between China aloe industry association and IASC.
