　　On July 6, 2019, Henan Jufeel Technology Group Co., Ltd(hereinafter referred to as Jufeel) signed strategic cooperation agreement with Asian Sunshine(Beijing) International Technology Co., Ltd(hereinafter referred to as Asian Sunshine) at the headquarter of Jufeel in Yabao Oriental International Plaza, Zhengzhou city, Henan province. Zhangrongxuan, chairman of the board Jufeel with company senior managers and Xing Yucheng, chairman of Asian Sunshine attended the signing ceremony.

　　According to the data, Asian Sunshine is an exclusive authorized sales company of US Richway and Fuji Bio inc. in China. US Richway was founded in 1997 and headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaii. The company promotes thermotherapy around the world, which is to raise the body temperature, enhance the human immune system, unblock the meridian, nourishing yang, dispel coldness and remove moisture from the human body. According to the Yellow Emperor's Internal Canon of Medicine, "coldness is the source of all diseases." Coldness can cause condensation, then siltation, blockage and finally produce tumor. For every 1℃ drop in body temperature, immunity decreases by 36%, basic metabolism decreases by 12%, and enzyme activity decreases by 50%. 　　Upon this agreement, both parties agree the whole Asian Sunshine into Jufeel and integrate the business of Asian Sunshine in the health therapy sector into the US listed company controlled by Jufeel Goup. By then, Jufeel will buy no less than 51% of the equity holding acquisition of Asian Sunshine, and will entrust Xing Yucheng to hold the equity of Asian Sunshine as the representative of Jufeel.

　　Xing Yucheng, chairman of Asian Sunshine said, after signing the agreement, relying on Jufeel's dominant position as a listed company, its industrial position and brand advantages, Asian Sunshine gives full play to its industrial advantages. Both parties shall conduct all-round long-term strategic cooperation through equity cooperation, capital support, industrial integration and other ways, so as to rapidly promote the distribution of "thermotherapy" health therapy products in China, and strive to achieve the profit target agreed by both parties and accelerate Jufeel's industrial development, realize Jufeel's strategic layout of extending, reinforcing and strengthening the industrial chain, and create good social and economic benefits.
