Experts Visit Jufeel International Group

　　On April 14th,2019, an expert seminar on comprehensive development and utilization of aloe-characteristic industries organized by the Science and Technology Achievement Transformation and Cooperation Working Committee of the China Hi-Tech Industrialization Research Association was held in Henan. Industry experts and corporate executives attended the seminar. They are Zhang Xuguo, director of China High-Tech Industrialization Research Association, Scientific and Technological Achievements Transformation and Cooperation Working Committee, former Party Committee Secretary of the Torch Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, executive vice President of the Research Institute of Development Strategy of the National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Peking University; Guo Yuansheng, chief engineer of the Electronic Components Development Research Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People’s Republic of China, deputy director of the Science and Technology Commission, Jiusan Society, standing vice president of Sensor and Internet of Things Industry Association; Du Guanhua, professor of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, deputy director of the Institute of Medicine, Peking Union Medical College; Luo Yuanming, senior engineer of the Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences; Du Haiyan, professor of Beijing Technology and Business University, director of the National Quality Inspection Center for Aloe Products in Light Industry; Pan Xuan, professor of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences; Wei Feng, director of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of the National Institutes for Food and Drug Control; Wang Junjiao, commissioner of the Henan Provincial Department of Finance; Professor Zhang Rongxuan, chief scientist of Henan Jufeel International Group, etc. The meeting was hosted by Qu Dongsheng, deputy director of the Science and Technology Achievement Transformation and Cooperation Working Committee of the China Hi-Tech Industrialization Research Association.

　　At the seminar, dozens of expert representatives conducted the scene exchanges. Based on the current development of the aloe industry, they carried out in-depth discussion on the development of key technologies for aloe and the healthy development of the aloe industry. Experts at the seminar combined the results of aloe research at home and abroad to analyze the strategic positioning and development direction of aloe industry in China, and to point out a clear direction for the future development of R&D and application of aloe health care and biomedical functional products.

Experts Visit Jufeel International Group

　　Professor Zhang Rongxuan, inventor of the international patent technology of "PMAS" and chief scientist of Jufeel, a famous aloe enterprise in China, shared his important research result--PMAS.It is an acemannan extracted from aloe polysaccharide and the essence of living cell polysaccharides that is easily absorbed by the human body. This kind of acemannan that is not artificially synthesized in aloe, belongs to the plant polysaccharides. It has attracted much attention by the medical community for its superiority to animal active peptides, comparable to the reverse-growth and being-young effects of human embryonic stem cells, and inhibition of HIV and anti-tumor effects. Zhang Rongxuan and his research and development team have published several papers on PMAS in the National Medical Journal.

　　Professor Zhang Rongxuan also shared the development of aloe vera over the past 20 years. From 1999, Aloe Vera seedlings was introduced from ALOECORP, Texas, USA, until the discovery of live cell PMAS. Now it has developed into an industrial system covering planting, raw material processing and terminal manufacturing.

　　Experts at the seminar expressed their positive attitude towards the entire aloe industry chain constructed by Professor Zhang Rongxuan, and expected them to pay more attention to 0.9 billion sub-healthy people, 0.4 billion chronic patients and more than 240 million elderly people in product research and development so that aloe products extend from food and daily products to health care products and medicines to make full use of the biological functions of aloe and create higher social and economic value.

　　When it is discussed that aloe vera can directly promote the secretion of estrogen estradiol from the human body, and it has anti-aging and being young effects on female groups, some experts have mentioned whether the future application of aloe can pay attention to infertility, a social problem that cannot be ignored. More and more families are facing fertility problems due to the delay in childbearing age and life pressure, human fertility is declining in general. Data shows that infertility may become the world's third big disease after cardiovascular disease(CCVD) and tumor. Zhang Rongxuan and his team's research and development results "use aloe to prepare a method for promoting lyophilized powder injections that stimulate estrogen secretion" has obtained a US patent and launched a special study on the effects of pure aloe vera tablets on the clinical symptoms of women with climacteric syndrome in the General Hospital of the People's Liberation Army (301 Hospital) August last year. Experts expect that the early clinical trial results of aloe vera extract to help pregnancy will be announced to the world.

　　Finally, the experts said that the current aloe health industry in China is extremely energetic and internationally influential. It is hoped that entrepreneurs like Professor Zhang Rongxuan, who has a demonstration role of science and technology innovation in production-teaching-researching of the aloe industry, and companies with social responsibility to jointly undertake the comprehensive health mission and enhance the technological innovation ability and the level of achievement transformation of the aloe industry.
